Champions OnlineChampions OnlineChampions Online is a superhero themed massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). If you recognize the design and interface, it’s because the game is developed by the same folks – Cryptic Studios – that developed City of Heroes/Villains. There is a lot — and I mean a lot — of customization for your character in the game. You don’t collect armor sets that will look like everyone else’s armor sets; instead, your character’s armor and overall appearance are unique and cosmetic. This includes the weapons, in which the damage is based on your character’s basic stats plus any extra devices he/she may have equipped. For those that love the crafting abilities in most MMOs, you also have a set of non-combat crafting based skills to choose from – Science, Arms, and Magic. There are also a variety of ways to travel in the game, made possible by acquired travel powers such as swinging using webs or grappling hooks, flying, fire flying, jet-boot flying, rocket boot jumping, hover disks, super jump, super speed, teleportation, acrobatics, ice sliding, earth flying, and tunneling. DragonSoul OnlineDragonSoul – DragonSoul is a free-to-play 3D MMORPG which focuses on PvP battles. Eight kingdoms are in the middle of a gory war: in PvP battles, the strongest players will have to prove their might – together with their allies, guilds, families or their entire kingdom. Only in battle can they prove worthy of the throne; and the fight for domination can only be won by bloodshed or cunning royal intrigues.

There is a large choice in character appearance, so everyone doesn’t have to look like every other player, and nearly all of the player items are able to be re-colored using dyes. The game has 4 classes to choose from: Assault, Recon, Medic, and Robotics, all of which have customizable skills and their own weapons.

A match is won when either the opposing team’s Nexus is destroyed or the other team surrenders. Along the way, each player gains levels from killing the opposing team’s champions, Minions, and defeating neutral monsters. Completing objectives rewards players with gold which is used to purchase items. In League of Legends, each player starts at level 1 at the beginning of the match and can obtain the maximum of level 18 with their champion, leveling 4 different champion-specific abilities.
